ASHLEY MARZULLA
Ashley Marzulla is an accomplished creative director with extensive expertise in graphic design, branding, and marketing. With a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives, designing impactful visuals, and elevating brand reputation, she has established herself as a leader in the creative industry.

As Creative Director at Newcouncil, a consulting firm in Amsterdam, Marzulla has directed comprehensive training and design strategies for high-profile clients including Meta, Uber, and Miro. She led brand creation, website development, and marketing efforts, producing cohesive digital and print materials that enhanced communication and strengthened client relationships. Marzulla also designed training content, promotional materials, and consulting proposals, contributing to campaigns that improved client retention, boosted brand recall, and positioned Newcouncil as a leading innovator within its first year of operation.​

​Previously, as Chief Creative Director at the New Bedford Art Museum, Marzulla spearheaded a transformative rebranding campaign that increased social media engagement by over 400%. She directed the creation of cohesive promotional and educational materials, designed branding for museum events, and worked on creating a celebrated festival for the acquisition of a Dale Chihuly sculpture.
Marzulla's work spans collaborations with globally recognized brands such as L’Oréal, Maybelline, Kiehl’s, IT Cosmetics, and Innisfree. During her tenure at Blonde + Co in New York City, she created high-impact visual content for marketing campaigns that strengthened brand positioning and audience engagement. Her portfolio includes storyboarding, concept development, illustration, and graphic design for products ranging from skincare to loyalty programs, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

A two-time honor graduate of Pratt Institute with a degree in Film, Video, Graphic Design, Illustration and a minor in Art History, Marzulla integrates her design and filmmaking skills to produce dynamic and meaningful work. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Cannoli, and visiting her family farm.
